Flyer's - Oak Harbor

The wings were outstanding. All the sauces are homemade, and the wings have a generous amount of meat on the bones. I tried the double dipper sauce and absolutely loved it. The New England style clam chowder is the best I've had on the West Coast since moving from Maine to Seattle. It's hearty and filled with clams—definitely not the thin, watery versions you find elsewhere. The beer was also excellent, and the happy hour makes it even better. The seasonal red ale was fantastic. This place is fantastic, and I highly recommend coming here for great food, drinks, or both!

I’m not originally from Tacoma; I’m here for work. I decided to try the Alaskan cod, and I have to say it was fantastic—all topped off with the best coleslaw I’ve ever had! Seriously, it was outstanding! You can also enjoy a delicious amber ale. I will definitely be returning, especially with the excellent service from Dylan—everything was perfect!

It was quite busy, and we had to wait for a table, but that's probably a testament to how good the food is! My wife and I had burgers and shared an enormous tray of fries. Our burgers were cooked perfectly to our specifications. We also ordered hot wings as an appetizer, which were decent, but not quite cooked the way I prefer. They were more like saucy baked wings than the crispy, sauce-coated ones I usually enjoy. The drinks were great too; we had a lifeguard, starburst, and raspberry lemon drop, all of which we really liked! I'm new to Oak Harbor, and so far, this has been one of the best dining experiences I've had in terms of food and service. I definitely plan to try other dishes in the future. A big thank you to all the staff; they were incredibly attentive and made our visit enjoyable!

Sweet outdoor tent. Welcome refuge after a nice walk Ebeys Landing. The staff is friendly beer is great. Chicken Nachos delicious. Come back. Also have several places to consciously use Hand-Sanitizer Covid.
