Little Caesars Pizza - Oak Grove

We stopped in just to get a bite. We have eaten at the blue springs store and it was pretty good. But this was the greasiest pizza I've ever had. Service was good and friendly. But will not going back for pizza.

I stopped by this Little Caesars on Monday, March 7th around 2 PM while on a multi-day cross-country drive to help a friend move, and I'm so glad we did! This 5* rating was earned entirely by the awesome staff. Let me tell you: driving through Colorado, Kansas, and Missouri is neither exciting, nor filled with a plethora of food options for a vegetarian. I was STARVING by the time we reached Little Caesars (a road trip favourite so perhaps that's why I couldn't get my coupon to apply, but thankfully the friendly employee behind the counter (a lovely blonde woman was there to save the day! Not only did she help me to apply the promotion, but when we asked about Zap packs (which I'm very sorry to know aren't carried anymore! , she was very accommodating in sprinkling a generous amount of seasoning over the crust to make our pizzas extra tasty. Our hot- -ready order was, indeed, hot and ready in just a few minutes, and the employee graciously invited us to wait in the truck (as it was very difficult to park with the trailer attached and even brought our order out to us. She was so, SO nice, warm, friendly, and helpful! It was the best experience I've ever had getting pizza. Hold on to that employee, she's a gem! If you're roadtripping down I-70, this Little Caesars is a great pit stop.

First the place is severely understaffed and they only had 1 employee working. I waited for 30 minutes and the employee had only helped 2 customers. The hot ready ovens were empty and there was no other food ready. The employee was only making 1 order at a time and not even taking payment for the order to help another customer. Most of the time I was there, the were no other pizza's being prepared for hot ready customers. I would have had to wait another 20 minutes from the time I got my order taken to get my food. I left after waiting to have my order taken for 30 minutes. I will not be returning to this location!

Pizza and Italian Cheese Bread were both fresh and hot. Sometimes the product I receive looks like it's been under the heat lamps for a long time, but tonight everything was fresh. I have learned to check my order before I leave so I can have it remade if it's been sitting too long. They are supposed to make your order fresh when you order online, but they don't always do it.

The pizza and crazy bread from here are better than any other locations! I couldn?t stop eating the crazy bread it was cooked to perfection with enough of the toppings to make my heart sing! This small location might be intimidating but trust me get thedang pizza! The woman working tonight was running a one woman show and was so sweet and fast with it being a football game nightI was pleasantly surprised. Thank you!
