I had the catfish dinner, which came with three pieces, and it was absolutely amazing. The seasoning was spot on, and the fish was tender with a slight crispiness. The chef really outdid himself today! I made sure to let him know how much I appreciated it. He totally got my order right. I was also pleased that the fish stayed hot even 30 minutes later.
