Kfc - Oak Forest

This place is one of the cleanest that I have ever been to. The staff is very friendly and there are positive vibes only. Highly recommended!

I did not enjoy my meal at all. The server who took my order was not friendly. Despite my attempt to support local restaurants, I left feeling disappointed. Experiences like this make it unlikely for me to return.

This restaurant can be inconsistent. Sometimes the food is good, but other times it can be disappointing. The chicken tasted overcooked and old during my last visit. I'm not sure why they have old food on the menu considering the amount of people waiting in line. It would be helpful if the manager spent more time training the staff to ensure that the food is prepared properly. It appeared that teenagers were working during my visit, which is understandable, but they should also receive proper training to provide a better dining experience for customers.

I should have been going back for a refund, but it was too far and too late. my biscuit was extra hard, cole Slav tasted bitter, my chicken leg looked raw so I didn't eat it, and the diet pepsi tasted not died. I paid $7.14 for a crispy chicken leg, the only thing that was good at the comma meal I ordered today.

They don’t give receipts. I really think they are on some scaming type of stuff. I have never been to a restaurant where they don’t give receipts . They don’t even ask you if you want it. They just throw your receipt in the garbage. Please you can go in the garbage and get peoples receipts and have all type Of identifying information. No I need my receipt bro now . Try it with someone else. Ask for your receipt as soon as you pay or they will give you a duplicate copy.
