Lotus - Oak Creek

I really enjoy the egg foo young here; the gravy is excellent, and the patties are a generous size. I'm also a big fan of the shumai (Japanese dumplings).

Everything was great! They accommodated my special request to leave out the green peppers in the sweet and sour sauce. The food was hot and fresh, and the portion sizes were generous with plenty of flavor.

The food was lacking in flavor, although the portions were generous. It appeared fresh and contained a good amount of vegetables. We tried the Kung Pao Beef, Sesame Chicken with Strawberries, and Chicken Teriyaki. Unfortunately, all the dishes had very little flavor and even had a slight bitterness to them. The rice also seemed subpar, not being the typical jasmine rice. Perhaps their specialty lies in sushi, but I wouldn't recommend the entrees we ordered.
