Jersey Mike's Subs - Oak Creek

I entered an order through the mobile app and it was extremely busy. Catherine, Elsa, Isabel, and Logan were killing it! They had a long line and a number of to go orders to fulfill. I have never seen such a hardworking team. They were so pleasant and had fantastic communication internally and to customers. I forgot to add mayo to my #7 and they had no issue adding it. I am astounded at how professional and hardworking they were. They apologized for any wait even though I didn’t believe I wanted long at all. This team really makes me want to visit Jersey Mikes in Oak Creek, WI more often and definitely makes Jersey Mikes look like a great organization. Thank you so much!

This place is awesome there is this girl name Catherine that works there she’s the best ever very good customer service and sandwiches mad correctly and speedy couldn’t ask for better service I highly recommend this store

Food was great as usual with JM, clean restaurant but the staff were the crown jewel. Tanya was a delight and put a big smile on my face. Two thumbs up!

Turkey provolone was excellent. I have ordered at lunch and dinner meals. I find that the sub sandwich is much better tasting and the bread is softer during the day. The best around
