Dairy Queen - Oak Creek

My family has been ordering cakes at Dairy Queen for the last 20 years at this location. Yesterday my mother ordered a cake for a reasonable prize and was thrilled to pick it up. She payed for the cake today and left Dairy Queen only to be called by the store manager. She said we had to pay an up charge on the cake because they advertised the price wrong. My mother explained to the manager that she would need to make a complaint but would be okay with an up charge and the manager abruptly said “I’m cancelling your order have a nice day” and hung up on her! How can a person so rude be in a management role? I can only imagine how she treats her employees or the other customers. I can not believe my mother had to witness such immaturity and disrespect. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS.

If you want you ice cream tomorrow this is the place. Way too slow...my lord.

The really tall big guy is nasty. He kept walking past ppl and wiping his nose on his sleeve on his arm it was disgusting. That guy has no business touching anyone’s food and what he was doing was extremely uncivilized and disgusting. He’s like a barnyard animal

Our 3 Blizzards were very disappointing. One was incorrect and we had to wait a long time. The ice cream tasted crystalized.

Serving sizes smaller for sundaes, and prices are a bit high for what you actually get.
