Przekaż informację zwrotnąI always enjoy going to Costco most times I find what I'm looking for. The only problem I have is that there are never people to ask a quick question, I don't like the fact that if I have a question about how to find an item I have to go before the store.
The Costco in Schaumburg had an employee who basically trembled because they did not have the Citi Bank card and I was one of them. This happened when customers tried to pay for their purchases. I'll never go back to the store in Schaumburg.
The staff is very efficient. It seems very organized and well known. There is a pleasant feeling in the food dish. You can meet a conversation with a table neighbors that is friendly. This Eichenbrook Costco can be very busy. But the people who work here make it a beautiful place to spend some time shopping.
Good court has installed ordered stations that, when you pay by credit card, make the order extremely fast. Although some people order the counter, much less than before. This gives the counter staff more time to collect food orders. The orders are printed on the counter when they get to your ticket, they call your order no. And you can give them special instructions, e.g. lid on frozen yogurt etc.
This is not a shopping mall but it's an exhibition place. For a new person it is not so easy to find the right place where his needs are available. My humble request to this management. They can provide highly visible hangers on the roof of every counter with the description of the product available there. . If it's so the customers can read these hangers from any corner of the shop no no exhibition center and can easily identify their needs where it's. By this the customers can save time.
