Przekaż informację zwrotnąA birthday party. Hibachi table seats 12, what we had, but a little close. We had four children. Server was great, Koch was super fun, especially for the children. They had a children's menu, but when cooking the children began to share. Food was very good, perfectly prepared and huge portions. In Hibachi you will get soup, salad, noodles, fried rice and mixed vegetables with every meal. Just select your protein. I think we brought home as much as we ate. They have 6 Hibachi tables and area was understandably very loud. No conversations with Diners, but interaction kept everyone entertaining. Great for family/kids. Next time we want to taste dining room and sushi, which also looked amazing.
This is one of my favorite places that usually eat, but I just paid $30 for a pickup order for rice and chicken with shrimps, and there is hardly any food here, the rice is such a small amount for this price!
So disappointed that we have to write this review because this was our favorite sushi place since we moved to O fallon. The service has really declined last year. I understand the lack of employees and slower than usual service time and was always patient as the sushi is worth it. But from last night we won't eat here anymore. We were told that it was for 45 minutes to hour to eat, although half of the tables were empty. No problem, we decided to wait. Then after waiting 45 (with 2 children) they decided to tell us that they no longer serve sushi. They said they didn't have the Sushi staff. I would have had more understanding when it was communicated when we first arrived. But they waited to tell us after 45 minutes. And we all starved at this point. The hostess on the front had an attitude when I told her I was upset that they didn't tell. She said they stopped serving Sushi at 8:00 (it was 7:45 when they told us). They must do a better job of communicating with their customers. And they need employees with better customer service skills.
To answer any question they offer. We saw it tonight when we waited to sit. Hibachi waiting time was 30 min plus, so we decided for the food that had waited 20 min. Surprised, we sat in 10 minutes. Cory delivered attentive service and helped us come with?pink? Sushi for our daughter. Only a few children are available, dessert and drinks menu. Delicious sushi rolls I liked YoYo the most. Miso soup was easy on salty side, but I won?t take stars for it. Total great experience and value. I hope to bring back children for Hibachi.
The drinks were very good. The food was okay. The chef at our table was very personable and cooked our food to order. Be prepared for a noisy experience. One of the chefs was hitting the grill (part of the experience) with with his cooking utensil; at times it sounded like a construction zone.
