Chili's Grill - O FALLON

This was one of the most discussing and low quality restaurants I?ve ever eaten at. Our Presidente margaritas didn?t even taste like they had tequila in them at all. The food came out cold and not very appetizing. The bathrooms were a total mess. They were dirty. The men?s room had vomit all over the floor. We had to tell the manager about it. The kitchen was a disaster and looked filthy. Food was all over the floor. The only thing good about it was the waiter. He did a good job.

We like going here for lunch. They have lots of good options and prices. The service is pretty good also.

The food taste old, like it came from a microwave. I ordered a smoke house combo. The fries and the bread were soggy, the ribs were warm to cold, very little barbecue sauce, and the chicken with cheese and bacon didn't had the bacon. I was a frequent client and I have gave them so many chances. But enough is enough. I will try not to return. The only good thing was the service. That is why I'm giving a 3 stars.
