Fender meat sizzling on a heated slate (ardoise wapiti is my favorite! served to begin with a mixed salad, and accompanied by three sauces and homemade french fryinges. Rosti, fondue (normal or tomato , coute au fromage Royale warm a cold evening, along with other choices (fish, lamb, etc.). Welcome, adults, children and dogs. On a clear day, the terrace offers magnificent panoramic views of the Alps, Mont Blanc, Saleve around the Jura. To finish your dinner, a sinful fondant Noir et Blanc! Yum yum...
From the terrace overlooks Lac Lemans from Montreux and the entrance of Valais along France, Geneva and around the Jura. On the plate try to see the delicate Wapatipi or kangaroo or beef and cooked for perfection on a ardois (slate) ... or a croute de pious. And for the desert, a chocolate fountain Noir et blanc.
