Lexenhof - Nußsdorf

We had a family celebration. the appetizers were well presented, alkwear on a line. good brot. the burrata I think was cow and not buffalo, a bit boring, but the tomats were great. the grilled salmon was absolutely amazing, tender and juicy, with. the correct amount of salt and pepper and crispy potato wedges. the suppe was good, asparragus cream with truffle. the meat was venison, a great taste, perfectly cooked, the wortfleckerl extremely tasty. the dessert was completely dissappointing, a strawberry sorbet, where the taste was destroyed by the crumbs. the wee was very good, tasty, it seems that all wee are great. the decoration is landscape meets chic. we had bad weather, so we had to sit inside and it was a bit stubborn. all in all, the quality is clear, and eating well done. the prices are high, but the whole region is so. probably the best eating in the beautiful village.

Hans was one of the best rated chefs in austria some time ago. his wonderful that he kept his talent by only in nussdorf. what a blessing for us to have him here. he is ceratiw and modern.
