When I called the store to address the issue, they couldn't even locate my order and put me on hold for 10 minutes. Eventually, I was told that if I wanted a refund, I would need to go to the restaurant to collect all the food or wait an additional 30-40 minutes for new pizzas to be sent out. And to top it off, they wouldn't offer any compensation for the inconvenience. Overall, I am extremely dissatisfied with the customer service provided.
Orderd pizza took about 20 minutes for it to get here and the pizza guy just stood knocking on my gate he would not come to my house or door it was only because my security camera went off that I noticed him. Pizza and sides where cold So my friend ordered from Pizza Hut to see which is better and warmer

Ordered a collection pizza, young lady who passed my pizza had a well used apron on, covered in pizza flour and food debris. I appreciate after a busy shift, you WILL end up with a dirty apron, BUT this was obviously a culmination of a busy weekend! Didn't enjoy my pizza with the thought of it being prepared by staff with dirty aprons on!
Ordered 2 take out Vegetarian Pizzas on 28th July 2019, they were late in preparing them so had to wait. Brought Pizzas home and discovered some ham on one the pizzas. Totally put the whole family off eating. Rang the branch and spoke to Aidan about meat on a vegetarian pizza . Only offered to remake the pizza order or told to write in but could not rebate the money . Disgusting attitude to customer service. Visited the branch and explained the situation to Tom the store manager (showed him pictures of the meat and pizza), who stated that there were 3 stages to redress any complaint, 1) offer to remake the pizza, 2) offer a full refund but would need to have the Pizzas back or 3) put complaint in writing. Tom stated that he would need to speak to Aidan and re train him about how he handled the complaint . Tom was asked why cross contamination between meat and vegetarian ingredients and Pizzas occurs he stated that the Pizza makers are not required to keep the 2 sets of ingredients separate nor to wash their hands between preparing vegetarian and meat Pizzas. Tom referred me to the Domino 's menu, it states OK for vegetarians, all of our Pizzas are freshly hand made in store, and we do not have dedicated preparation areas, if you are a vegetarian or have an allergy please inform your order taker . OK, if I had known that, I would never have ordered a pizza from Domino 's most certainly will not in the future. Tom offered a full refund if they could have the pizza back. I agreed, but they would have to pick the pizzas up, which they duly did.
