I always like to use the app to order and pick up through the drive thru to make things a bit easier and quicker. Today I went to pick up my order and was told pull forward to spot two, where someone was already parked so I pull to spot one. I sat there for about 15 min and watched as multiple cars drove through the drive thru behind me getting their orders. My app said my order was ready at 6:07, it was 6:19 at the time. I called the store and told them I was still sitting there waiting for my order. They asked my name and maybe a minute or two someone brought me out AN order… I didn’t notice until I was three minutes down the road and just about to get on the highway that, this wasn’t my order. I turned around and went back and got the correct order. But this is not the first time I’ve been told to pull forward to wait for my online order and they’ve forgotten about me. It’s happened at least three times. I’ve worked in food service so I understand mistakes but this is getting ridiculous.
Quick in and out, picked up me and my wife's food still hot. No complaints. Chili was delicious and not dry like turkey chili can be. Very good.
