Ordered 4 burgers and fries. Asked for the fries to be well done with extra salt. The food was at the window as soon as I pulled up. Fries was no where near warm and they were soft, not well done! I sent them back and the lady at the window touched them and asked for more fries. The second ones was the same as the first ones. She then caught an attitude and asked us to park. After 10 minutes of waiting we realized they didn’t bring the fries yet. So we went in to give what is now cold burgers back and ask for refund. The manager snatched my boyfriend’s card out his hand with an attitude. If you don’t like your job then you shouldn’t be working there. We were very polite and explained how we wanted our food from the beginning only to end with such rude customer service. It’s sad. Hopefully they raise the bar with their employees and managers because right now all they’re doing is running people away.
