Nowra Village Hot Bake

My partner and I visited Subway for lunch on Saturday, September 21, 2019. We were highly impressed by the excellent service provided by a young man working there on that day. He was incredibly polite and very helpful. Although we didn't catch his name, we wanted to commend him for his great service. We ordered an Italian BMT and meatball footlong sandwiches, which looked absolutely delicious. We also got 3 raspberry cookies and a large bottle of coke zero. We drove to the river to enjoy our meal that was prepared for us.

The restaurant was rated as a 5-star establishment, but the service from two members of the staff, especially one in particular, was lacking in attentiveness and overall quality.

Didn’t expect much from Subway and it also didn’t deliver greatly either. Standard sandwiches without being mind blowingly delicious.

Waiting time is too long due to owner putting only 1 employee under the bus. I bought 2 cookies, only given 1 and half

Wheat bread was stale. Server had the personality of stale bread too. Haven't had Subway in a long time so was glad to see the seafood sensation was back.
