Sailport Waterfront Suites - Nowatney

Nick and the staff was wonderful with finding me a room.

Location was good for us because we attended a multiday event nearby. The room itself was a bit dirty and a strong smell was coming from the air vents airing out the room didn't help. The laundry facilities were good and appliances in the room worked.

The hotel pool was a bit smaller in person then the photos led us to believe but was still ok size, and not crowded. Courteous front desk and the room was spacious for what we paid for.

Condo 262 was clean with beautiful view. Staff at front desk and gate were nice. However, we accidentally only booked 1 night (initially had meant to book 2 nights). We understandably received a call from the owner to notify us while we were at brunch. We apologized and explained it was purely a mistake. Inquired if it was possible to stay another night, however were told no since they were preparing for the next guest. We promptly arrived back and packed up all of our belongings. Received several knocks on the door from either the owner and/or cleaning services while packing. After all of aforementioned events, the owner asked us if we would want to stay another night. Super disappointed by the unprofessionalism.

We had a short and beautiful stay. A very lovely detail by our attendant, Rosa Perez welcoming us to this vaca heaven. Thank you!! We've been coming here for over 18 years. Never disappointed. It has improved a lot. Prices are reasonable per season. Ambiance is peaceful unless you get loud people which oh well, what can we do right? We try to be mindful of people downstairs as every step gets heard and it can be bothersome for certain types of people. The kitchen is still furnished up with all utensils you may need, to cook and host some guests. We Spent most of the time around the beach area and the deck. There's a volleyball court, an area to barbeque, and a fire pit to sit around and make s'mores if you want to!. The pool area next to the deck gets lit by torches after 7. You can fish from the pier, We saw some dolphins playing around so that was fun. There's a small restaurant next to the pool. Their breakfast menu is pretty great! Juices, coffee, yogurt with fruits, bagels with eggs, ham and cheese, the burritos are so greeeaatt! The lady at the counter was super nice and we enjoyed breakfast in front of the pool. Our room had a nice view of the Gulf and green area, and we enjoyed a daily sight of the crows and seagulls fighting for food
