Taco Bell - Novi

It seems that every one-star review here comes from someone entitled, likely a white person in their 30s to 50s, who believes that honest mistakes at a minimum-wage job are worth a temper tantrum. The staff here is consistently kind, even when it’s not required, and at worst they remain neutral, which is more than I would be willing to manage when dealing with some of the individuals leaving reviews. Don’t let their comments discourage you—keep up the fantastic work!

Every establishment has its off days, but I can confidently say that I've never had a negative experience at this Taco Bell location! The staff here are consistently friendly and go out of their way to ensure customer satisfaction. This will always be my go-to Taco Bell!
