Taco Bell - Novi

I dined here and I have no complaints! They took their time with the food, and the Mexican pizza was delicious—cheesy, saucy, and crispy. The CBR was perfectly packed as well. There was a young lady at the register taking orders and two young men in the back preparing the food. They all worked tirelessly, ensuring everything was well-prepared and the utensils were clean. Thank you!

I had the worst experience at this restaurant. I waited 20 minutes for two soft tacos, and the staff seemed unmotivated. The place was also dirty.

The food is good, but they seem to miscalculate the prices for their dishes and claim they don't have certain items. The tomatoes shouldn't cost more than the cheese. I believe the manager is responsible for this issue, and they really need to clarify their pricing rules. Additionally, the bread was dry and lacked the right texture. They could also use more water in their recipes.

We waited for 30 minutes in the line, they did not order only other things around the restaurant with a huge line behind us. very respectful customer service, it is a fast eating, but was not fast whatever.

I was gonna leave a bad review beacuse they messed up my order but the guy who answered the phone was so apologetic and immediately rectified the problem which is incredibly rare in fast food these days so 5/5 cause the guy was so nice and took ownership of the mistake.
