Starbucks - Novi

The location is great, but it's disappointing that they frequently don't have the ingredients for their most popular drinks. In the early days of autumn this year, they ran out of supplies to make pumpkin lattes, which is a letdown considering it’s such an essential fall drink at that time. That being said, the restaurant is clean, the staff is generally good, and it's conveniently located in Novi.

There were flies and mosquitoes in the glass display area for the sandwiches and cookies. When I pointed this out, the cashier simply acknowledged it with a "yes."

My drink was enjoyable and the cashier who assisted me was very friendly, but the rest of the experience was disappointing. The place was dirty; the tables weren’t cleaned and there was litter on the floor by the side counter. Overall, I wasn’t very satisfied with this visit.

I visit these diets often. I order in the rule before and when I have a problem, it is addressed and fixed in the rule. I usually order 4-5 drinks at order. today I went and my e-Islam with mandelmilch looked a little dark. When the girl gave me the drink, she even admitted that it was darker and there was that the mandible milk was new. I asked her about another one, and she said it was the last time she could do it?! very unprofessional! get it right so they don't get it back.

Don't go to Starbucks often, so the menu can be confusing. Young lady seemed to be irritated that I didn't know how to order an iced coffee the proper way : It was ok.
