We called ahead and ordered for him. When my Dad arrived, he was told that nothing was prepared for him because nobody called. It’s not a huge deal, but I won’t forget that sort of disappointment. I called to inquire about what happened, and I just got a bunch of excuses and no apology. Not even a coupon to make me want to come back!
