In fairness, the product was reasonably good. It 's disappointing the nickel dime cost structure of this place in addition to the overpriced product. A Matcha Vanilla Latte was ordered. Per the receipt: Matcha latte 6.25, Vanilla .75, Vanilla (another charge) .75, Iced .75. Brings the total of the one drink to 8.50 before tax. Not sure why I was charged twice for vanilla and .75 for ice??? But here 's the kicker. After buying two drinks totaling 17.00, the business charges a .58 transaction fee for running a card. I know many business charge a transaction fee (after giving an option to pay in cash by the way). But 17.00 for a high margin product of sugar and water (oh, I can 't forget the ice), then you want to tack on a transaction fee ? That 's greedy business. Come on man. Don 't you want repeat customers? It was my first time visiting. The transaction fee alone prevents me from ever coming back. Beware of being nickel and dime.

Absolutely delicious coffee 100x better than Starbucks. The espresso is so fresh tasting and delicious unique flavors. Wonderful customer service and beautiful atmosphere.

$17 for two medium drinks. I ordered my coffee iced received it hot instead. It was very heavy on the flavoring but still decent for a dessert type coffee drink if that's what you're looking for. My tea was made far too hot to drink. I had higher expectations, especially after the long wait time.

I am very disappointed with my recent experience at No.VI Coffee and Tea. My family and I have been loyal customers since the café opened, but today 's visit was extremely frustrating. I ordered a small matcha latte, which was served to me looking white and tasting like straight almond milk. When I politely asked the manager to add more matcha, she threw in additional powder without mixing it properly, resulting in a chunky and unpleasant drink. I requested a remake, but she refused, stating, I can 't do that. Given the price I paid, I expected a well-made matcha latte. This experience has left me feeling appalled and regretful. I could have made a better matcha at home instead of supporting a local business that doesn 't meet basic expectations. Very disappointing!

Came here while in the area for the expo center and was desperate for caffeine. The drinks were delicious, though the prices seemed a bit higher than I usually see. Had tons of drink options and food options. Large comfy chairs and tables depending on what you are in the mood for. I would definitely come back if I was in the area!
