Little Caesars Pizza - Novi

The food was decent, but it wasn't very hot or fresh. It seems like they add more pepperoni to the Hot and Readys, though.

I am resigning from MacPizza LLC primarily due to my issues with Tammy and Dennis, the insincere general manager and alleged district manager. We are severely understaffed, and I am certain that qualified candidates have applied, as I have spoken to them and handed out applications. The employees on-site are wonderful; I feel bad to leave them behind. They are genuinely nice, hardworking, and caring people who contribute positively to the atmosphere in our neighborhood, but unfortunately, they are limited in what they can do.

The customer service was excellent, but unfortunately, I couldn't get my pizza with extra toppings. I had to settle for a hot and ready pizza instead, as they were overwhelmed with a large order of 55 pizzas and didn't have enough staff to handle it.

The family team's dynamics here are truly refreshing. The pizza is consistently fresh and hot, and the customer service is unmatched. Although I don't live close by, I always make it a point to stop here whenever I can—it’s my go-to instead of going to Little Caesars!

This place is a total disaster. The inside is filthy, and the service is incredibly slow. It’s disappointing to see people waiting 25 minutes for a hot and ready meal. Come on, this place is supposed to be known for their hot and ready offerings!
