Godiva Chocolatier - Novi

Went in to see if it was possible that even tho my bday month passed I could get my free piece of chocolate (found out my number was in the system wrong in the process the woman was so kind and apologized a million times. She said unfortunately no I couldn't bc of how long had passed( I dont live anywhere near a godiva store , but she said bc of how understanding and kind I was to her she could offer me an ice cream free of charge! Such amazing customer service, I only wish I knew her name. I love chocolate but I especially LOVE godiva, and this store in particular has trained their people the right way. Take care of your customer and you'll have a customer for life! Thank you Godiva lady!

What an incredible experience! My daughter and I visited this place for some chocolates, and we ended up enjoying the best ice cream I've ever tasted! The staff was fantastic, too. Even though they were super busy, their customer service was exceptional.

I really enjoy the hot chocolate here, but I wish it was bigger for the $5 price tag—it's quite pricey for such a small portion. Despite that, I would come back because it was delicious. However, I wasn't a fan of the cold coffee drinks; I found them to be quite bland. On a positive note, the customer service was excellent.

We stopped by today to celebrate my birthday, and we were pleasantly surprised to find a 20% off sale. As a result, my boyfriend and I left with a nice stockpile of Godiva chocolates. I must highlight the fantastic service and cheerful attitudes of Irene and Eric, the two employees who assisted us. I will definitely be returning because of this wonderful experience!

I visited the store to pick up some Easter treats, and Irene helped me out. She really knows her stuff, and thanks to her excellent sales skills, I ended up buying more than I had planned. Sharon and Eric, the managers, clearly run a tight operation; the store is impeccably clean and well-organized, with super fresh products. This is definitely one of the best Godiva Chocolatiers I’ve ever been to.
