Applebee's Grill - Novi

We went to eat 9 o'clock and didn't expect much (not to eat my favourite place) and was shocked how great our meal and salads were! Honestly, the best food and service I've ever had with a applebee! I have completely changed my appreciation of the place, very satisfied! food: 5/5

Waited 10 minutes and watched a customer who stood with his child at the door, all the hired were laughing in the back and wore I called the restaurant to get someone to help come I said they were in the middle of the shift, but after returning to the kitchen they continued to laugh and continue as before. I notice that the business is slow, but someone should always be on the floor.

Tonight we had the worst service. it took 10 minutes to get drinks, another 15 minutes for salat then got no cutlery, had to ask and then got plastic because they were out. never got our water and when the meal came 20 minutes later, I had to ask for better cutlery because plastic did not want to cut steak. our waitress was extremely slow. my steak was tuff. I was very disappointed with all the experience. I'll never eat at this place again.

We waited approx. 12 minutes before our server finally asked us about our beverage order. Please note that they were not busy. like, not at all compared to other applebees restaurants I visited. the entire 12 minutes we waited for our server, the manager sat at a table opposite to another customer. he could clearly see that we became antsy after multiple eye contact with us. eating was decent, but I don't recommend the mozzarella sticks. we noticed that the window bench super sticky and grumpy made from built dirt from people lean on them. the table was wiped, but was super sticky and still had crippled pieces of...salsa, I can only accept. After we had a few dirty dishes from our appetizer and my salad, we put them on the edge of the table to be taken. but our server and other server went past him multiple times, looked at the empty dishes, and none of them pre-bust the table! the manager finally came by to get our table buses. Finally, before we left, I had accidentally spilled my waterglass over me. our server stood by the kitchen and observed simply, and another server went past us, but did not offer towel or serviettes. we had to ask them to wipe the water. our server did not pass yet and after a few minutes the other server finally brought some serviettes. However, neither server nor even the manager came to provide support in cleaning the water. Yeah, I know I spilled my water and it's my mess. but after many years as a server myself I would never have just watched there while my guests cleaned up a mess in my restaurant. Whether it was chaos or not. I must say the only reason for the amount of stars that this applebee must be for eating (except the mozz sticks. .

Amazing food. Good portions. Everyone here is super kind. Food was well paced. We did have a bit of a wait but it was well worth it. Miranda was our server and you can see she is working hard. Thank you.
