Piadineria located in the center of Novi Ligure. Good welcome. Kind and cheerful staff. Menu with wide choice. Impeccable service. The piadinas are generous in size, with production currently available. Good quality-price, for a quick lunch. I felt good. Recommended.

The piadinas were excellent with excellent quality except for the fact that by making me put the sauce with dried tomatoes and pistachios, once the piadina was finished I suspected that they had used a ready-made sauce and the staff was kind and cheerful however given the fact that there were many people for the Easter period received the piadina 1 hour after sitting down. The problem with this place is that the piadinas are too small. I think it's half what they did when they opened. And of course the prices have skyrocketed.
