Trek Winery - Novato

I’ve never been to this restaurant, but I was shocked to learn that Trek paid a four-piece band only $75 for 2.5 hours of music! Musicians, take note!

This family-owned restaurant offers an amazing atmosphere along with expertly brewed beers and fine wines. Be sure to seek out Andy, the winemaker and owner; he is incredibly passionate and has wonderful stories to share about the gators they source.

We hosted a company party on the patio at Trek, and it was fantastic! The patio is a lovely, private area that suited our group perfectly. The fruit and charcuterie boards, as well as the assorted flatbreads, were all incredibly tasty, each made to order in-house. There was also a great selection of wine and beer that catered to everyone's tastes. The owners, Andy and Liz, were exceptional hosts, and their pride in their business was evident in the quality of their service. We will definitely be returning!

This winery offers a more straightforward experience compared to Mantra, but their wines are solid, and they don't skimp on the pours. A tasting costs around $14, and each glass is generously filled as if you were ordering a full glass. I recommend trying the Syrah (which isn’t on the menu) rather than the Pinot. It's best to visit after 4:00 PM when their kitchen is open. The interior features plenty of couches and comfortable chairs, making it a great spot to relax for a few hours. There's also an outdoor terrace. The service is excellent, so be sure to stop by if you have the opportunity!
