Rossi's - Novato

Went in for a fishing license since they have that service instead of heading to big 5 I stood approximately 30min waiting for him to figure it out and then asked if I knew about computers then he tried to overcharge me for the license but when I told him absolutely not he said ok ok to the price he said before other then that from the bait to the accessories everything is way overpriced will not be going back

Very delicious sandwiches. We had a couple of Pastrami and a couple of Roast Beef served hot. Good quality meat and all the extras were perfectly proportioned.

This deli has made decent sandwiches in the past. I was disappointed to see that they were preparing food, in our current COVID environment, without the use of gloves or masks. I went elsewhere.

Updated review: During the shelter in place I was having a heck of a time trying to find bleach, ammonia, cleanser, toilet paper and other various sundries. One day I was at Rossi's for another purpose and noticed they have stocked shelves of all the hard to find items. I was able to get a gallon of bleach and toilet paper. Seriously, you can do quite a bit of shopping at this little store on the outskirts of Novato. Thank you, Rossi's for managing to keep these items in stock!

What a dump! Dirty flors and counters, with almost no inventory or English so what do you expect? And you can forget about using the Uhaul truck rental in the same building--poor service, no availability and deceitful promises of trucks for rent. Better service in Bel Marin Keys.
