Unfortunately, there has been an issue with our order almost every time we have visited. We have received missing burgers, incorrect or missing sauces, and unavailable drinks that we only find out about at the pick-up window. Perhaps the staff could benefit from more training to improve the accuracy of orders.
I ordered food at the drive-thru window, but when I arrived to pick it up, the lady working there hastily handed me my order and closed the window without a word. Despite having ordered and paid for an Oreo McFlurry, she ignored my attempts to get her attention and continued chatting with someone else. This caused a backup of frustrated cars in line. Eventually, the cashier at the first window had to intervene to get the attention of the woman at the second window. She then instructed me to pull over and wait for my McFlurry to be prepared. After waiting for a long time, I decided to go inside. The woman at the window saw me, ignored me momentarily, and then abruptly placed the McFlurry on the counter without saying anything before walking away. Throughout this entire ordeal, I maintained a polite demeanor without uttering a single complaint. The overall customer service experience was truly terrible.
I stopped by to place an order at this restaurant, but first I needed to make a phone call. An employee came out and called the police on me for loitering. I was surprised and disappointed by this reaction. Shouldn't they want customers, especially during these uncertain times when we should be supporting each other as a community?
I go here more than I should but the location is convenient. Worst McDonalds I've ever been to. It's like the staff hate their lives and purposely mess up your order. I'm never one to complain to staff but they either mess up the order or do things like hand you a half filled soda or an ice cream cone that is ready to fall over in your lap every time. And when you mention it they get all huffy.
The worker was very rude and unprofessional she also lied and tried to tell me that she was the manager. When i did speak to the manager because I wanted to get a refill on my soda. And because I didn't have my receipt they didn't allow me to get a refill. I was there 30 minutes before and got 2 sausage mcmuffins and i decided to come back and get 2 more. These unprofessional rude and terrible people barely even spoke English. This is a shame. I am Hispanic but when these people come in and try to work but don't have any common knowledge on how to have some customer service that is polite and respectful this is a shame. They don't belong anywhere in this type of business especially in charge and running the store.
