I ordered the La Bomba burger with garlic fries, but they brought me a plain burger with regular fries instead. After a long wait, they finally brought the garlic fries, but the burger was cold and disappointing. It was the worst burger I have ever had in my life; it didn't have any bacon or avocado as advertised. In-N-Out has a better burger for half the price. I ended up paying $17 for a terrible burger that I could only take a few bites of. My stomach is now hurting from the low quality food.

I recently had a disappointing experience at a restaurant, possibly due to understaffing. Upon entering to pick up my order, I found two white women at the front desk. One was busy answering phone calls, while the other was focused on a tablet for several minutes before a man finally appeared to assist me. Despite the lack of business, the service was subpar and did not meet my expectations. As someone who works in customer service, I believe helping customers in person should take priority over answering phone calls. Overall, I was not impressed with the service and do not plan on returning in the near future.

I always have a great time here. Food is delicious and the service is great; plus the live music is Top Shelf good. People are friendly here and it's all about having a great time and enjoying yourself.

The staff received 4.5 stars for being very friendly and able to accommodate a large group. The food was rated 4 stars, with the burger being good but too grainy. The clam chowder was liked but lacked a kick. The atmosphere was given 6 stars for the enjoyable jazzy music.
