Chick-fil-a - Novato

Was met with genuine smiles at 10:29 when I asked if I could still order breakfast (ends at 10:30). Props to Gensi for making this a great experience. Food was fresh, best Chick-fil-A I've been to in California to date.

Always great experience at Chick-fil-A. All of our food came out hot and delicious with no mistakes in any of our order for our family and friends.

However, my mother and I did appreciate the 'green life' vases with plants on the table. I was thankful that the eatery was a safe place for me, an orthodox dressed Christian woman with a headcover, and my husband. Their body language did not show any stress, which influenced my decision to provide public feedback, considering the marketing of America and our freedoms.

Excellent fast food made with fresh ingredients, the staff is very friendly and efficient. They work quickly to serve customers. The dining area is clean and easy to navigate.

I am extremely disappointed with the new hours of this restaurant. I used to dine here regularly because the food is great, but reducing their service by two hours has made it completely inaccessible for me. Hopefully, they learn from this mistake. Closing at 8 pm in their industry is absolutely ridiculous.
