Restaurant food, and of good quality. Certainly not what we are used to finding in a bar. The environment on the first floor, the one intended for lunch, is comfortable and welcoming. Anyone who then chooses the fixed price menu 12 euros as I write practically a selection of first and second courses, excluding fish which is obviously more expensive would get a quality price ratio that is truly difficult to match.
