Le Faré - Noumea

The food is really yummy, I had a salad and a club sandwich. The service though is horrible, they take forever to serve you and they are laughing instead of paying attention to their customers. Clearly overpriced food as well. Nice view, but everyone is smoking around you, it's a nightmare, I guess what people say abou french people being dirty smokers that kinda smell is kinda true. No wifi either.Overall, not bad, but not the best at all.

Fantastic location and view. Could have been an excellent place. Come for a drink, skip the food and be patient as service takes a while. Ordered the club sandwich and got precooked cold ingredients put together. Can get this much cheaper in a supermarket. Not a 5 star hotel standard.

Extremely unorganized and no attention what-so-ever to newly arrived punters. Left after had been ignored for 10 min, and this was even after the main lunch rush hour.

Brilliant place to relax - with kite surfing lazy circles in the lagoon near entertaining with tricks and pussies of the prowes, a glass of wine while the sun goes down is a must to experience! There are of course 3 sweet little habitable cats that also steal your heart. Eating proportions are generous as hospitality. Two thumbs up!

Reasonably priced, the food is not bad at all, but nothing super impressive either. Staff that served us spoke English and was nice enough. Great location that is usually busy (but service is good and there’s heaps of tables both outside and inside) with both locals and tourists.
