Oh, my God!!!! This is the best amazement and the best culinary experience in our lives. My husband celebrated his 40s and local taxi drivers yesterday that we were above the moon. Every piece of this magical food was amazing. Staff are very friendly, also speak English. Will definitely be back before you go

Very friendly staff and Food was delicious , specifically the tuna in coconut dressing was out favour, and the spectacular dessert with “cigar” and “mojito”…. Highly recommended. All through the location was not the best, inside nearly feels like a bistro, but the taste was fabulous.

This was our second night food in Marmite et Tire Bouchon and it was as perfect as the first. Service and food are exceptional. It was my favorite restaurant in New Caledonia. The menu is modern French cuisine and everything we ate was delicious. The dessert was the standout. I had a trio of all my favorite aromas; a mango mouse with cuddly cream, chocolate mousse on a cookie basis and a warm apple and ginger crumb. The staff was warm, professional and efficient. They all spoke English and they have printed the menu in English that made the food experience seamless.
