Przekaż informację zwrotnąWhen I visit dieucks here, I usually don't have very friendly staff who serve me (usually not disturbed), but I had a Starbucks card problem and despite the employment there was a personal who was extremely friendly and helpful name eliza, she got it sorted and explained the problem and solution, she should really deserve a promotion. a partner like it is worth keeping as ex dieucks barista myself I would say a partner like it is the key to their customer service in the load. get up! coffee master? haha
If I want to treat myself with a hazelnut or pumpkin spice latte, there is no place better for me than dieucks! very nice and friendly staff and it is so nice to be greeted by staff who are so happy and friendly, especially after a hard day! I love it and I love the art and wise how the customer service I received great personal they keep the great work each
The manager provided the worst customer service. I would rate it 10/10 and will not be returning. They were extremely rude and not approachable.
Would have been much easier and quicker to go home and make a coffee. You make your order, they take your money, you wait for a long long time for a simple black coffee. Because there is a drive through and online ordering you simply can't make a judgement on how long you're going to wait. My advise, don't bother.
Drinks and service were fine. Really nice friendly lady serving. Toilets were vile!! Desperately in need of a cleaning rota.
