Prezzo - Nottingham

Booked a table for a group of friends the other night and from start to finish the experience was great. We were greeted with a warm welcome from all the staff and everyone was smiling and didn’t hesitate to serve us and make us comfortable....The food was quick to arrive as were the drinks, would highly recommend.

Terrible customer service. I booked for 5th March, I knew I was going to be 15 minutes late so an hour before the reservation I called the restaurant who told me it would be fine as long as I left before 6 pm. I got...there 15 minutes late as I previously said and was met by a rude young woman at the front of the house who said there was nothing they could do as they had given the table away. As someone who dines at Prezzos often I have always had excellent service except this time and I am extremely disappointed, especially seeing as I was with a group of friends being turned away and making the trip. The funniest thing is half the restaurant was empty, not surprised with the service I receieved, it was a blonde young woman and one of the managers just watched the interaction without providing any assistance.

Yesterday visited lunch phoebe was our waitress, she was polite and friendly and our food arrived fast, it was hot and tasty, it was a busy lunch, but despite that our food came without a long delay. lasagne was delicious and my friend had. pizza and salat. the wine was cooled and served with a cooler to keep it cold.

We came here last week before we watched mamma mia, we had to be in and out in an hour and we could not recommend this place enough. from beginning to end, although busy, the service and eating was nothing short of amazing. will definitely be back.

The staff were not particularly friendly service was slow pizza came burned to see manager she said, oh must have caught in the many I asked her to remake pizza waiting another 10 mons for this arrived as it should not go back...this restaurant
