Pizza Hut - Nottingham

I visited this restaurant on Sunday and ordered my food. Five minutes later, my son fell off his chair and split his head open. A lovely waitress and a manager named John rushed to help. They quickly realized that my son needed stitches, so the waitress helped us hold his head together while we boxed up our food. I am grateful for their assistance and kindness, and I hope that next time we visit, we can actually enjoy our meal, dessert, and the beer we ordered.

Enjoyed our GOAT and Supreme pizzas. Had a very long wait for our dessert though (over half an hour), when the restaurant was not busy. Unlimited free salad is always a bonus. The cookie dough sharer was nice, we had the white chocolate caramel and cookies creme to share

I hadn't been to Pizza Hut for many years until I went to the buffet lunch recently. I loved the selection of pizzas, and they kept bringing out new ones so every time I went up to get more, it was fresh. There was always a good choice of thin and deep pizzas. The salad bar was great as well. Everyone I was with thought it was great, and the person who brought our drinks order was absolutely lovely and kept popping round to make sure we were okay. I thought it was brilliant value (I did eat an awful lot! and will happily go there again.

Walked in to be informed by the staff they were really behind on orders and getting tables ready and it would be half an hour before we would have a table. Then once we sat down, we were told our food may also take over half an hour. To be honest for most people this would be a bad experience, but I honestly appreciated the upfront honesty Food was as expected. Service had been a lot better than I experienced in the past. We were taken care of by the young lady and gentleman, didn’t get a chance to thank them, hope the manager passed on my regards
