Panchos Fish Kebab House - Nottingham

I ordered steak and kidney Pukka pies, but when I got home and took the top off the pie, I discovered that it was filled with mold. I will not be ordering from this restaurant again. They offered me a replacement pie, but I would have preferred an apology and a refund at the very least.

Been coming here now for the past years. Most of the staff are friendly but one in particular staff member stands out from the crowd. His name i believe is Simon. He always welcomes me with a smile and sometimes wraps his arms around me, making me feel very welcome. I'm sometimes very in decisive on what i would like to eat but Simon always points me in the right direction and helps me choose from a very eclectic choice of food. (I strongly recommend you try his sausage with a hint of chili sauce)If you'r after great food and love heavy discussions about politics head for Panchos and be sure to ask for Simon.Panchos is a wonderful place and i strongly recommend You try... you wont regret it..Suzie
