It's mcdonalds what there is to really say about it. the service on this is great and the personal is always helpful, I was a few times and the dings were not correct and every time they correct it on professional wise without problems (in contrast to KFC customer service) I have noticed since kovid they have removed the games/tablets for kids, I hope they bring them back.
Was very busy, but quenwar quickly treated. Unfortunately, my burger had been thrown together, but a better experience than some other two.
I ordered a porridge for my young daughter at the drive thru, asked to park up, no problem. Waited 14 mins, small problem. Order arrived without spoon, so I nipped into the store to collect one, medium problem. Got back in the car to give it to my daughter, no syrup, so when back into the store to get one. I wouldn’t go as far to say it’s a big problem, but the service and time spend getting a porridge was well below my expectation.
I never expect manners anymore at McDonald’s Clifton, as noted by my 6 year olds that “they don’t say please or thank you” but I do expect them to get my order right, and when they don’t, I don’t expect someone with an attitude-Andy the duty manager, manager what a joke. You’re rude, ignorant and argumentative, you have zero customer service skills and I actually didn’t see you move to do one bit of work, so I’m going to go ahead and say lazy too. Don’t bother going if you want hot food, because that doesn’t happen, do go here for rude staff and extremely slow service because that is exactly what you will get
