Always a nice dinner and excellent service by mike and the team of mayfair. we visit a few times a year for birthdays and celebrate, and it's always a great night out. byob is quite unusual nowadays and it is really appreciated, as our big group of friends gives the flexibility to bring what they like to drink. the hot acid soupe, the vegetable salate shells and the salt pepper tofu are all excellent. also the ribs are always popular. mayfair is a Nottingham institution. Go, you won't be disappointed!

What a great surprise. in an old townhouse, but great eating with a friendly atmosphere. full of natives, when we visited, always a good sign.
