American Pizza - Nottingham

I have attempted to order from this restaurant several times, but each time they have waited about 35 minutes before canceling the order. It is not worth it, they are a waste of time.

Today was my first time trying their pizza. I had guests come over and had to quickly pick up two pizzas and a chicken kebab. It was the worst I have ever seen. The employee working there was tall and very rude. The pizza had hardly any cheese on it, just a pinch, and he only put five sweetcorn on top. There was no interaction with the customer and he gave me cooked, cold chips. Additionally, the cheesecake that was supposed to be included in the deal was not given to me. I would not recommend anyone to visit that place, not me, my family, or my friends. I suggest the manager train their staff properly.

The food all tastes similar and doesn't meet the standards of other places I have ordered from. Additionally, the presentation is sometimes lacking.
