Cava - Nottingham

Would give no stars. Not fresh, barely anything in the bowl. Paid $14 for the worst food and service. Manager who I could barely understand wanted me to drive back for what? Refund my money. Never AGAIN!!

Got take out. Ordered make your own bowls. Food was delicious and fresh. When are you coming to NJ preferably Freehold area?

Generally speaking, staff are friendly and the foods good. But, I don’t know who makes the decision to stop preparing things like rice or sides… which I support don’t go to a food place and expect full options just before they close. But here you run the risk of not getting all the options 7pm or later. Maybe it depends on who the staff is? Or the manager? But it’s incredibly frustrating, waiting 20 minutes in line to then be told “we’re not making any more white rice” and it’s 730, but they’re open until 10. How do you stop making rice 2.5 hours before you close with a line to the door????

This is the WORST Cava I’ve ever been to. I love Cava. I could eat it every day. I go to the Columbia, MD location whenever I’m in the area. The staff here are taking and not paying attention when you ordered. I’m not picky about food so I would probably put everything in it. When I said light feta, I got tons of cheese. Tons of pickled onions.Then I wanted 2 dressings, half and half. The girl drenched the bowl in the first dressing, then put the wrong dressing 2nd, realized after the wrong color came out. Before I could even say anything, she threw the whole bowl away!! I might have just eaten it as long as it wasn’t a spicy dressing.They were listening to one staff talking about a customer in the bathroom not wiping herself. Very unprofessional. Meanwhile said staff member throws her paper towel on top of an already overflowed trash can.Same girl who ruined my first bowl goes to make it again, assuming I wanted white rice. I asked for brown. Another bowl in the trash. 3rd bowl was made with the right ingredients but everything was dumped in there. It was too much of everything and was just soggy and gross. I mostly just picked the meat out. The brown rice was crunchy. What a waste of time and money.I’m still giving the food 5 stars. It’s not the food’s fault! Sadly, it will be awhile before I visit my nearby Cava after that gross bowl she made me. I’m good off that for awhile!Vegetarian options: Falafel. Eggplant, etc. lots of non meat choices.

I ordered for delivery. My dasher was great, no complaints. My complaint is with the bowl I ordered. 25 bucks for not even a half filled bowl. The 3 dips I chose were not included, nor was the free pita. So, 25 bucks for some old, poor quality greens, a pathetic amount of chicken, and unripe avocado (cost extra . Come on, get it together, check the order prior to bagging it.
