Al Vecchio Molo - NOTO

Not really modern, even a few escape appearances, but don't let them fool you, the food is fantastic, the servant is very kind, and they only speak Italian, beautiful wines, and a fantastic location for everyone.

Everything we ordered was very fresh and very tasty and very good. the restraunt was filled with natives and it feels good to be in the family as friendly place. we had tasteful caponata, hearty pastas with otopus and sardines, refreshing orange with fanel salat and tastefully tomatensalat. I wish we had a place to try their sweets. it was great and one of the best meals .

We go to Noto every year, sometimes more than once, and it is so great to see this restaurant thriving. The owners really care about both food and service and the location, right on the sea, is fantastic. Giorgio, the owner, truly cars about his customers and his food. There are lots of locals who come here regularly but they also very welcoming to tourists. Their polpettine and scacce are delicious as are the fish dishes which depend on what is fresh that day. Their fresh ricotta was a big hit with my daughter.

This is not a tourist trap, this is a real Sicily amazing food for a very reasonable price. The portions abondante. Giorgio, who runs this restaurant, is a very nice guy, very friendly, hard working and he knows what he is doing. And his olive oil is soooo special and tasty.
