Olivadi - Norwood

The reserved day and the time I realized was a birthday party for my sister. we sat in the room of bar, like all others. Consequently, it was extremely loud and talk was simply impossible. after lunch there was no mention of the “fortunate birthday”, although gifts were opened. I was very disappointed with our experience. my sister deserved better.

We celebrated a cancer survivor. everyone made our dinner so special. that was wonderful and our waitress cynthia was fantastic. the hostess has even created our table with congratulations. the chef came to our table. in any case back. thanks to all!

I've had a couple of great dinners at Olivadi, but on Saturday night both my dishes (a squash salad, and a blackened MahiMahi special) seemed overly oily. The fish was fine, but the pile of potatoes and mushrooms it sat on was especially oily, as was the squash salad. I did have the perfect creme brulee, however!

We are a frequent visitor and have been very happy with everything, last time although we had reservations we end up not in the dining room which is not a big deal if we didn’t have a unfriendly hostess.

Chef is great. Came out and talked to us to explain his specials. Really enjoyable.
