Night staff have no work ethic what so ever they will give you complete garbage they wouldn’t eat them

You guys have poor service and always getting my mother’s order wrong for some reason, I’m gonna keep sticking to Chick Fil A, a much better and delicious Chicken Place.?

They were rude, didnt accept card at the drive thru, forgot the straws and ice in drink and told us to pay extra for sauce that we already paid for.

Literally any fast food restaurant in this plaza in Norwood is terrible. I was polite as can be. They tried to charge me for a regular cup of WATER, because they ran out of the actual water cups they use. So making me pay for a cup I 'm not even actually buying the product of soda or tea in? Since when did we begin charging people for water? Employees were rude and laughing after I asked for the manager, who then said the manager was busy and that she would tell her my complaint. I explained that 's exactly why I wanted to speak to the manager because it was beyond her problem. So then she told me to come in, in which I did just to have this said manager argue with me and be rude about it. This was the AGM that I spoke to, as she states her title is, claiming the GM made that rule. My other problem was the attitudes from not just her, but the employees. You don 't like your job? Don 't work there, nobody is forcing you to be there. Don 't take it out on other people because you 're miserable. Absolutely sad people actually act like that. I 'll definitely be putting in a word to this said GM making rules over a drink of water also and done going to this location. At least Red Bank isn 't as rude.
