Arby's - Norwood

The employees areDoing their best. Only a couple of younger kids work here at a time so food takes awhile but they don’t just stand around . They’re WORKING so please just be patient with them.

They were kind of busy but I went inside and hung out for a while and it was cool. They were fun. Then I got my double roast beef and went on.

PATHETIC!! ordered Fish and Cheddar got an ice cold piece of fish with strings of something they said was lettuce. Took into restaurant to have remade. While waiting, the counter girls kept dropping the chocolate sauce on the floor and picking up and using without cleaning it off. Girls said my fries just came out of the fryer, yet, you could hold them and they were cold. If Norwood Board of Health allows this store to stay open, I question their professional ethics.

The worker was not friendly and the fish sandwich was

I ordered a double bnc and a four piece mozzarella sticks. What I got was a regular bnc and three mozzarella sticks. It was not a busy night, and I was the only driver in line. The service at this location has gone down.
