Stanley Beer Yard

The shops are definitely trying- they have unique selling points- without being pricey. But at the moment it feels a little empty. If it were to fill up (again), the space would be more vibrant. Love the patch of lawn with the playground. Makes it a friendly, inclusive enclave.

I will give a 5 star to : 'P4 Infinity Hair and Beauty ' Melissa and staff are very friendly, helpful, ever with loadshedding and NO water. The other shops I 'm not to familiar with. The bathrooms and center are always clean.

Went on a Friday. Thought it would be busy but it wasn't. Chilled. The piercing place I went to was also just chilled. A quick in and out.

Visiting for the first time, I could definitely see why it was so popular in it 's hey days, sadly like much of central Jozi, it is now a shadow of its former self. Most of the 'boxes ' are empty, but the ones that remain are definitely worth a visit. We had a quick jaunt to see an exhibition by a local artist and friend.

Unique place visit on a weekend. Have some good food and a wide variety of meals. Could order anything from breakfasts, burgers, wings to something more filling as well. Most of the places take cash and card as well. Friendly waiters too.
