I have always enjoyed dining here in the past, but this time we were told that children's meals were only available for children aged 7 and under. Despite the fact that we have ordered a child's meal for our 12-year-old in the past (even for their 11th birthday), the service was lacking and unfriendly. After a discussion with the manager, who then sent the waitress back to us, our bill was doubled. There is no mention of an age limit for children's meals on the menu, and I personally believe that a 12-year-old is still a child. The Mix-Veg-Curry was disappointing, as it was full of frozen broccoli and carrots, and only a few pieces of cauliflower seemed to be fresh. Overall, it was not a pleasant dining experience.
I was disappointed by the lack of service at this restaurant. We arrived for our 7.30 reservation and ended up waiting until 8.20 for our food to be served. The dishes were not what we had ordered and it seemed like they were mixed up. We considered ordering more but no server came back to take our second order. After waiting for a while, we decided not to give them any more business as we were not satisfied with the service. It's always frustrating when a customer doesn't receive the basic level of service like taking an order.
Very unhappy with customer service I just received. I recently called to place an order for pickup and was asked to order online. go online and the online system is also down. this is not the first time I received, has rude customer service via the phone. I ordered rice and nan the other week and was told to come in 15 minutes and ended up waiting for over 40 minutes. the person over the phone sounded upset that I had only side and no net ordered. the customer service has to improve dramatically since we have recently taken our business elsewhere.
Bland butter chicken and lamb korma. Lamb korma was the worst a white/grey paste for sauce. Greasy roti and papadums too..................
I’ve been here twice as my dad really likes this place. They have quite a lot to choose from on their menu so for 3 hungry people sharing we had Samosas the veg and meat ones, butter chicken, chicken tikka masala, lamb korma, naan bread and rice. The entrees of Samosas were so good, I really like their side sauces. The mains were nice too, but I’ve had better butter chicken if I’m honest. It has always been packed and loud when I’ve been there for dinners. It seems like it’s just as busy on weekdays as it is weekends. Nice place to dine out at, I just think you need to pick the right menu items as well as trying to score a quieter night.
