Yuan Feng - Norwich

Ordered kung po chicken, beef and black bean and noodles and all 3 were flavourless. Honestly the worst ‘Chinese’ food we have had from any takeaway. Will not return

We have been ordering from Yuan Feng, our local Chinese restaurant, for just over 2 years now. We always enjoy delicious meals from this place, and the delivery to our house is always very fast. The delivery drivers are courteous, and we honestly cannot find any faults with this place. It is the best restaurant in town!

I tried this takeaway two weeks ago and found the food to be very hot, not spicy, and cooked and delivered quickly with good quality. I decided to order again based on my first experience. However, this time the noodles were lukewarm, stodgy, and unappetizing. The duck dish was also strange, with sliced duck that was too thin and had a white film on it similar to bacon cooking. I left half of the meal and felt unwell an hour later, eventually becoming sick. I will not be ordering from this restaurant again. I usually eat Chinese food from Cantonese Kitchen, which is reliable, but wanted to try something different this time. It turned out to be a big mistake.

Bland, tasteless food, would not recommend. Order was incorrect and when I called they basically told me I was lying. I had to drive to collect the correct meal. As I entered the woman behind the counter was on the phone being rude to another customer! Will not use again

I ordered via Just Eat and got the Special Chow Mein, curry sauce, and chicken satay. The food was excellent.
