Przekaż informację zwrotnąWe ate outside as it was a nice day. The outside area is very overgrown. Some TLC needed with the grass, especially under the tables. Containers with many dead plants. Not great unfortunately. Such a large outside seating area with potential but pretty drab in all honesty. We were told to avoid the Chicken Parm as for the price you don't get much food. Honest advice from the staff I must say. Presumably people base their visits on the half price specials three days per week. We weren't aware of these until we ordered at the bar. We didn't see any other signs anywhere, especially outside. Heated up food was OK, nothing special really. This place used to be a great place to eat and always very busy bud sadly now it is looking very tired and in need of upgrading. Even the car park could do with some TLC. nice to see solar panels on the roof but please invest in this place and don't let it become more run down than it already is. We also had breakfast here a few weeks ago and that too was very disappointing.
I ordered a takeaway online too collect. For 3 people it came too £55, which I thought was resonable for what we had ordered. Collected it and drove home which was about 15mins away, the food was still hot which was good. We then opened the food and that's where the disappointment started. The burgers were bigger than the bun, which was soggy amd had old lettuce in it. The bottom had pretty much disappeared which made it horrible too eat. The portions of fries were very small, we had about 15 fries each. The calzones we ordered were both burnt and the pots of dip were pointless, as there was hardly any dip in them. For the amount we spent on the meal it was very disappointing! I was looking forward too trying this restaurant out because we'd heard good reviews! The service was prompt and it arrived on time which was great, but after trying it I definately won't be ordering a takeaway again. I thought it was poor quality and it didn't taste the best either. Im sorry but I really feel like it was a waste of my money. Thanks
We have visited the Inn several times over the years and found the service was always excellent I’m sorry to say this was far from excellent visit yesterday 1 booking via phone was not entered 2. Chef was offhand and no personality 3. Long queues and staff were miserable 4. Staff needs customer care and personality training I don’t normally complain but feel you need know That This was always a friendly place to come for a meal! It certainly wasn’t yesterday
Nice breakfast. Lynn the lady who served us made us feel welcome. Will be back.....
1 slice of gammon, dried out on one side, worst carvery ever!!
